Hi, I’m Johanna

Today, I help people who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, stuck or lonely create lasting change through nervous system support, meditation and sustainable habit change.

But I didn't arrive here because I had everything figured out.

For years, I believed that if I worked a little harder, became a little more organized, and handled one more responsibility, I would finally feel calm.

I built a career, raised four children, maintained a home, studied, managed relationships, and tried to do everything well. Much of my self-worth became tied to achievement, responsibility, and what other people thought of me.

From the outside, my life looked full. Inside, I often felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and like I was constantly trying to catch up.

The finish line kept moving.

I kept telling myself that things would calm down after this project, this challenge, or when life became a little less busy.

Until one day I realized I'd been saying that for far too long.

The Turning Point

Over time, the pressure started showing up in ways I could no longer ignore: stress, anxiety, insomnia and overwhelm.

I was also navigating grief, family responsibilities, parenting, relationship challenges and major life transitions.

At the same time, work became increasingly demanding. I was used to being the person who could handle things and keep going — until I realised that constantly pushing through was costing me more than I wanted to admit.

I made the difficult decision to leave my job.

I didn’t make a change because everything fell apart. I made a change because I realised I didn’t want to wait until it did

What Changed

When I finally slowed down, I started asking myself a different question:

What would I never regret at the end of my life?

The answers weren't a cleaner house, a more impressive career, or being the person who always said yes.

They were my family, my closest friendships, my health, and my peace of mind.

I realized that a meaningful life mattered more than a perfect one, and that lasting change rarely comes from pushing harder.

  • "Thank you for the way you are presenting the topic of boundaries. This is already more useful than the other books, blogs and self help stuff I've experienced."

    – Tara

  • "This was beautifully done and exactly what I needed. I needed to hear the words "I don't have to earn kindness to myself" Would encourage anyone with a tough inner critic and/or a hectic life to listen. 10/10 recommend."

A Few Personal Things

I'm based in Sweden, have been married for more than 25 years, and am the mother of four children.

I'm a meditation and yoga teacher, podcaster, entrepreneur, and lifelong student of human behavior and wellbeing.

I love spending time with family and friends, being in nature, travelling to warm countries, and creating work that genuinely helps people.

My hope for you

If there's one thing I hope you take away from my story, it's this: You don't have to wait for everything to fall apart before making a change. You don't have to earn rest. You don't have to keep pushing harder. And you don't have to do it alone.

The life you're looking for may not require becoming someone new. It may simply begin with understanding yourself a little better and taking one small step at a time.
