Why I Teach Meditation
My interest in meditation began through yoga, but over time I became increasingly fascinated by the nervous system and the role it plays in stress, habits, burnout, and wellbeing.
I've learned that many of the struggles we blame ourselves for aren't signs that we're broken.
They're often signs that we've been carrying too much for too long without even realizing it.
Meditation won't solve every problem.
But it can help us slow down long enough to better understand ourselves, reconnect with what matters, and respond with greater compassion.
