You're exhausted but struggle to slow down.

You feel like you're constantly behind.

You know what you should do, but doing it consistently feels harder than it should.

You keep telling yourself things will calm down soon.

If this sounds familiar, you're not alone.‍ ‍

Hi, I’m Johanna

I’m a meditation teacher, coach and lifelong student of human behavior and wellbeing.

After years of living in constant busyness, pressure and perfectionism, I became fascinated by the nervous system and the role it plays in stress, habits, burnout and everyday life.

Today, I help people create lasting change through nervous system support, meditation and sustainable habit change.

My hope is that this series helps you better understand yourself and reminds you that you’re not broken, failing or falling behind.

You may simply be carrying more than you realize.

Ready to Begin?

What if you're not failing?

What if you're simply carrying more than your nervous system was designed to hold alone?

Let's start there.
