For a long time, I believed that if I could just get on top of everything, I would finally feel calm. If I worked a little harder. Got a little more organized. Handled one more responsibility. Finished one more thing. Then life would feel easier.
But the finish line kept moving.
And eventually I realized that the problem wasn't that I wasn't doing enough. The problem was that I had spent years trying to earn peace instead of creating it.
I know what it's like to look like you're coping on the outside while quietly feeling overwhelmed on the inside. To keep telling yourself that things will calm down after this week, after the next deadline, after the kids need you a little less, after life gets a little less busy.
Until one day you realize you've been saying that for years.
Maybe you recognize yourself in that. You know what you should do, but doing it consistently feels harder than it should. You feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious or disconnected from yourself. Life feels heavier than you want it to, and you're not entirely sure why.

This Is More Than A Coaching Session
This isn't a session where we spend 90 minutes talking and then send you on your way. Before we meet, you'll complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering your stress levels, habits, routines, relationships, sleep, wellbeing, goals and current challenges.
I carefully review your answers beforehand so I can identify patterns, strengths, obstacles and opportunities for change.
My goal is to understand the whole picture, not just the symptoms. I want to understand what's been happening beneath the surface and help you make sense of it.
